APARTMENTS FOR RENT
RESIDENTAL HOUSING ON HELGOLAND
On the picturesque nature reserve island of Helgoland we completed a housing estate consisting of 68 high-standard apartments built using 164 prefab modules.
Priority was given to maintaining a uniform development style on the island, and incorporating the latest technological solutions to make the houses as environmentally friendly as possible. The design of the buildings guarantees low energy consumption, with CO2 emissions minimised both during the construction and operational stages. This complies with Helgoland’s goals of becoming a zero-emission island.
The location and the difficult weather conditions – high humidity, strong winds and high salinity – required the adoption of innovative logistical, construction and technological solutions. The transport of the prefab modular structures and their location on a small island also proved a significant challenge.
RESIDENTAL HOUSING ESTATE OF 11 HOUSES IN HAMBURG BINNENFELDREDDER
Diamond Module® completed a residential housing project for rent in Hamburg with a total floor area of 4,100 m², consisting of 110 modules. The 11 buildings, each sizing 372 m², were manufactured in a fully controlled production environment and transported and installed on site.
